We make it super easy for you to search and find the content you like and we always make sure you can see who produced your favorite videos. Just follow the studios you love to receive regular updates about their latest and greatest.

HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM YOUR NEWSLETTERS?

To stop receiving Enjora newsletters, simply click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the latest email you received from Enjora. Make sure to check that we have your email address correct, then click Unsubscribe.

WHAT BITRATE DOES ENJORA USE FOR STREAMING?

Enjora uses three quality ratings for streaming and will serve out different resolutions based on your connectivity and availability of content. All streams are shown in WebM and MP4 formats.

  1. 480p: Good quality on mobile, acceptable on desktop.

  2. 1080p: Excellent quality on mobile, standard quality on desktop and TV.

  3. 4k: Extremely high quality; only available with our newest videos.

THE SITE WON'T LOAD FOR ME. WHAT CAN I DO?

We are sorry that you are having trouble using Enjora. Enjora requires the following minimum system requirements for your browser:

WHY IS THE STREAMING SLOW OR CHOPPY?

We work tirelessly to improve your user experience of our streaming by regularly upgrading our servers. However, during hours of higher than normal volume, you may experience occasional slowdowns.

The good news is that the following steps will fix the majority of issues:

  1. Clear out your cache. Please follow these steps.

  2. Delete all current cookies. Please follow these steps.

  3. Try restarting your Internet router. Simply unplug it for about 60 seconds and then plug it back in.

  4. Try turning off your firewall and/or antivirus software and test again to see if streaming improves.

These are not necessary to use with Enjora as we pledge never to infect your computer with malware of any kind. If the problem persists, please contact us at [email protected].

WHAT CONNECTION DO I NEED TO STREAM VIDEOS ON MY MOBILE PHONE?

You need a minimum 3G connection to stream videos. We always recommend streaming over a wifi network if available.

I'M HAVING PROBLEMS SIGNING IN. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you forgot your password, you can reset it by entering the email address you used for your account here. We'll send you an email with instructions to reset your password and regain access to your account.

CAN I CHANGE MY USERNAME?

There are no usernames to protect your privacy.

HOW DOES IN-VIDEO SEARCH WORK?

All Enjora content is in-video tagged, which means we know and archive the action in each and every second of the videos. This allows us to help you navigate instantly to the spots you like most. Just click the search icon in the main navigation bar and start typing a keyword or click the icon at the top left corner of the player when watching a video.

HOW DO I UPGRADE TO A PREMIUM PLAN?

Upgrading to premium is easy!

  1. Go to the My Account Page.

  2. Click Upgrade Plan.

  3. Select the plan of your choice.

  4. Select your payment method.

  5. Click the Pay button.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Here’s how:

  1. Click through to your My Account Page on Enjora.

  2. If you're not already logged in, enter your email address and password and log in.

  3. Under Payment Information, click Cancel Plan.

I’VE NOTICED AN UNAUTHORIZED PAYMENT ON MY ACCOUNT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you believe you have been billed for an unauthorized payment, please contact us at [email protected]. Please be prepared to give us the date of the transaction, the cardholder's full name and the last four digits of the card’s number. We are happy to track down the transaction and refund any inappropriate charge. If it is from an account not associated with you, we’d advise you to contact your bank, cancel your card and report the matter to the police.

WHAT IS THE BILLING CYCLE FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION PLANS?

The billing cycles for the different subscription plans are as follows:

  1. The Trial plan automatically upgrades after the trial period. You can be manually upgrade at any time via your My Account Page.

  2. Recurring plans are set up to bill you on the same day each month until cancelled.

HOW CAN I CHANGE THE RENEWAL DATE OF MY SUBSCRIPTION?

To change the date of your monthly payment, you’ll need to cancel your current subscription. After cancelling, your account will revert to our free service. Then simply sign up for your new subscription on the date you’d like to be charged each month. You can manage your subscription on your My Account Page.

IS VAT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

Where applicable, the price includes VAT. You can download any of your past invoices under Billing History on your My Account Page and retrieve the breakdown of the charges.

HOW CAN I GET AN INVOICE FOR THE SERVICE?

You will find all your invoices under the Billing History section of your My Account Page.

WHY DID I RECEIVE AN EMAIL ABOUT PAYMENT FAILURE?

If a payment failed to go through, you will always receive an email notification. This can happen for a number of reasons.

  1. Your credit card may have expired.

  2. There may not have been sufficient funds when the payment was attempted.

  3. There may have been a temporary connection problem with your bank when the payment was due for processing.

You will not immediately lose your paid subscription. We’ll keep trying to take the payment over the next few days. You can check your payment details anytime on your My Account Page.

HOW DO I CHECK MY SUBSCRIPTION STATUS?

To check your subscription status:

  1. Click to go to your My Account Page on Enjora.

  2. If you're not already logged in, enter your email address and password and log in.

  3. Under Payment Information, you'll see your current subscription and renewal date.
